Round Robin (9 rounds). FIDE Rules apply. Valid for FIDE IM Norms and Israeli Rating.
Time Control: 90 minutes per player for the first 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes to
finish the game, with an increment of 30 seconds per move starting from move 1.
