Maccabiah Closed GM Tournament 2022

 

Venue:

Ramada Hotel, Ruppin Bridge at Wolfson Boulevard, Jerusalem , July 13-22.

 

Tournament System:

Round Robin with 9 rounds. All FIDE rules & regulations apply. The tournament is homologated for FIDE GM Norms & Israeli Rating.

All Israeli Players should have a 2022 ICF card membership.

Time Control: 90 minutes per player for first 40 moves + 30 minutes KO + 30 seconds increment per move from move 1.

Pairing will be executed on Tuesday July 6 at 14:00 AM.

Closure Ceremony will be held on Friday July 22 at 14:30 PM.

On Saturday July 16, at 20:00 The traditional  Maccabiah International  Blitz

tournament will be organized.(Further information to be followed)

 

 

Prizes:

The first places will get medals and prizes  as customs in Maccabiah Tournament.

Registration:

Till May 15th through the website www.maccabiah.com, foreign players should

directly be in contact with the maccabiah of their countries for hotel’s reservations and

registrations. Passport picture should be joined.

 

GM, IM, FM & FIDE rated players should be in contact with the tournament Director Alon
